Chauffeur Full-Timer Salary

Gross Salary Range from $0 to $4,000 (mcl. Tips)

Working Hours: Everyday depending on assigned jobs, vehicle able to drive home (depends on where you are placed). 7 days annual leave per year

Chauffeur Part-Timer Salary

Salary incentive:

Transfer – $10.00/Trsf
Disposal – $8.00/hr (Weekday and Weekend)

Working Hours: Depending on assigned jobs. Usually 3-12 hours per day.

To drive our limousine cars like MB E200, MB S Class, Toyota Alphards and 13 Seater Buses

Applicants must understand the fundamental importance of business development and account servicing. Individuals must possess professional work experience in planning, organising, budgeting and controlling event logistics to allow them to assume the responsibilities with minimal orientation.

Responsibilities:

  • This is a 80% Sales and Account Servicing and 20% Admin job
  • Sales involves searching for new sales leads and developing existing customer base for new business.
  • Promote hiring of Passenger and Commercial Vehicles for daily, weekly or monthly term.
  • Daily account servicing revolves around managing customers’ expectations, complaints and feedback.
  • Work with Operations to ensure that vehicles are clean and ready before being assigned to customers.
  • Undertake any other ad hoc related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in similar capacity is preferred
  • Must Possess Class 3 License as you have to test-drive, deliver car to customers
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (Need to liaise with associates)
  • Mature, responsible and excellent Team Player
  • Resourceful, independent and good level of initiative.

Responsibilites:

This is a 40% Sales and Account Servicing, 30% Operations and 30% Admin job
  • Sales involves searching for new sales leads and developing existing customer base for new business.
  • Daily account servicing revolves around managing customers’ expectations, complaints and feedback.
  • Work with Operations to ensure that vehicles are appropriately assigned to customers. Includes managing manpower and vehicle contractors to fulfill daily and event transport requirements.
  • Lead, coordinate and manage Event Logistics projects from quotation, managing P&L, managing and allocation of resources (ground operations + chauffeurs + cars).
  • Administrative duties includes billing, collating of jobs sheets, checking of sub-contractors invoices and collection of monies
  • Undertake any other ad hoc related duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in similar capacity is preferred
  • Those who possess Class 3 License have an added advantage
  • Senior candidates will be considered for managerial position
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (Need to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
  • Able to work under tight deadline whenever required
  • Mature, responsible and excellent Team Player
  • Resourceful, independent and good level of initiative.
